Moulin Rouge - The Musical Segerstrom Center For The Arts - Segerstrom Hall Theatre reviews
Great as always
Venue was nice enough, but concessions before the show were a NIGHTMARE. The staff actually did a great job of getting people into the stadium. Long lines, fine, that’s to be expected- but the lines backed up to where no one could travel through the concourse.
Moulin Rouge - The Musical puts on a fantastic show, that’s just a fact. Nearly everything they played was the old stuff- but not, interestingly, The Old Stuff. I’ve seen them 4 times now and they’re consistently excellent.
The only other quibble I guess I have was that Moulin Rouge - The Musical didn’t go on until 80 minutes past the listed start time, and no communication about that until 5 minutes before they went live. There was an opening act that played 4 songs I think, but most of that time was just an empty stage.
The lines were super long waiting for the gates to open but they moved very quickly and we went in half an hour later with almost no wait.
